My name is Lucy Negrete; I have been a Mortgage Consultant for 15 years. I started my career at California Capital and have been here since 1996. During this time I have helped over 700 families, and I am proud to say that many of them have come back to me over the years to assist them with different aspects of their Mortgage needs. My many year of experience have been primarily with first time home buyers. I am very familiar with down payment assistance programs. I have also assisted many families in upgrading and investing in Real Estate. I have my California Real Estate License since 1996. With all the changes in the industry I am proud to say that I am fully licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System.
I am married and a proud mom of a seven and two year old boys. I am passionate about my job because I work very hard to help people realize their dream of home ownership.
